Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier calme et proche du centre par les transports en commun. Il y a des commerces de proximité et un supermarché Tesco un peu plus loin. Le logement est confortable et très bien équipé notamment en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Tom est un hôte très réactif. Le rapport qualité prix est bon au regard des prix proposés sur Dublin.

Gem of an apartment in probably the best area of Dublin. The apartment is located in a nice quiet area with shops and a cafe within walking distance.

We stayed in the apartment just before the bank holiday and found it to be exactly what we needed for our stay. Location wise; Its roughly a 45 min walk from the city centre, and there’s lots of coffee shops, cafes and pubs to stop off at on the way. We got a 3 day bus pass from the university for €16 which made getting round the city a lot easier. There’s a bus stop 30 seconds from the apartment and after a short 10min journey you’re back in the heart of town. The apartments in an ideal spot, as it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to quickly. Internally the flat is immaculate with everything you need to feel at home. Toms a great host and was very informative and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll definitely stay again when we come back to Dublin.

Tom had great communication and accurately described his place. It was clean and tidy with a nice size bathroom. We appreciated the coffees and teas available to us in the kitchen. We would have appreciated additional towels, as there was only one per person. The neighborhood is quiet and free from traffic noise. Overall, it was a nice day for our first time in Dublin.
