There were few issues at the start, although, we were provided with another room but it was not the kind that we paid for. Hence, I decided to stay in the same room without AC. The next day, the issue was resolved as we were offered a similar room with all working amenities. Overall the experience was good.

Not worth the price. Host's communication was impolite, as if he is doing us a favour by offering his place. Air conditioner was non operational, so we informed the host and Mr. Sunil asked us to leave at 2:30 AM, said we can leave and we'd get the full refund. We had nowhere to go in the middle of the night, so we settled to sleep without an Air Conditioner and I paid close to 8k for a 2 nights' stay. He offered us another room but it was not what we booked, completely different. Again, worn out and guess what, anything you use within the room is priced 20% higher than MRP plus GST that you would be charged for upon check out. Its a hotel, multiple rooms but worn out or not up to the mark. Wi-Fi was a big struggle as we got connected but it said 'no internet' and the worst part was that I could not use my mobile data as network connectivity is negligible. Smart TV was there but again Wi-Fi was a struggle, so we ended up not using it at all. The biggest of all, linens and sheets were dirty (yellow and red stains, god knows who did what there) but staff is polite, prompt and understanding. Food is available at additional charges which is no problem but over-priced and negotiable quality. All in all, 8k for my experience, not a good buy. See you never again, buddy! Feedback for Mr. Sunil : At least be polite to those who are polite to you.

Overall stay was good.. room was well cleaned and staff was cooperative.
