Pristine, peaceful and private with all the amenities one would need (and many more that you may not have thought of or brought along with you). Myself and my two children stayed cozy and comfortable here. The small square footage is a master class in space efficiency. Look forward to staying again when we pass through.

Hannah was outstanding with communicating before, during, and after my stay. It was a beautiful drive to get their place and I had everything I needed. I hope to be back in winter for a snowy hideaway weekend away from the city. Highly recommended!

The carriage house was exactly what we expected. A cozy, quiet and immaculate place to stay. The bed had a nice memory foam mattress and plush bedding. Tv area was comfortable and the apple tv made for plenty of options. The entire place was immaculately clean. Hannah was a very responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The Calhoun Carriage House was the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter, who is a student at SUNY Oneonta. We were lucky enough to meet our host, Hannah as we were unpacking and thought it was so nice that she took a little extra time to give our dog a few pets as she said hello. Loved all the little surprises; treats left for our pup, the electric blanket on the comfy couch to cuddle up with in the evening, the wonderful bed to retire to, and coffee or a cup of espresso for the morning. We are happy our daughter just started this year, as we will be returning to this adorable carriage house! Thanks again for a fabulous stay.
