Bright and spacious top floor condo in beautiful Edwards, a mere 15 minutes from Beaver Creek or 25 to Vail! Take in stunning views of Gold Dust Peak from either of the two balconies - one with gas grill and dining set. Large, fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain. Each of the two bedrooms have queen beds and roomy closets. Relax in the vaulted ceiling living room while watching the 55" SmartTV or sitting around the gas fireplace. Short walk to heated pool & hot tub - perfect for apres ski. Perfect basecamp for all your mountain adventures! Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a private bathroom and attached balcony with views of Gold Dust Peak and the northern Sawatch Range. Complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and lotion provided. The second bedroom is near the other bathroom and has a desk suitable for working from home. Living Space: The living room has high vaulted ceilings and views of the surrounding scenery. The 55" smart TV has subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, and Apple TV . A gas fireplace provides ample heat and ambiance. Dining: The dining area consists of 6 chairs and and a 7ft wood table. Additional folding chairs are available on the deck. Kitchen: Large open kitchen fully equipped with appliances and cooking implements. Surrounded by high countertop with bar stools great for entertaining. Washer/Dryer: A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use. Laundry detergent provided. Heat: There is baseboard heating throughout the unit - just adjust the thermostat in the hall as needed. The gas fireplace also provides lovely ambient heat. We find it circulates better if you turn on the fan. Garage: The garage is not accessible to guests. Parking: 2 spaces are allotted. One parking space is directly in front of the garage, the other is in any of the parking spaces that are not in front of a garage. Vehicle information is required before arrival (year, make, model, and license plate number). The HOA parking regulations are strictly enforced. Please note that unregistered vehicles will be booted!

Warren’s condo exceeded our expectations ! The warm inviting condo was like staying in a friends home. There was nothing that Warren didn’t have covered, so many condiments in the lovely kitchen with more than adequate appliances ! I even found a whetstone in one drawer to sharpen knives, unbelievable ! The beds were very, very comfortable and electric gas fireplace looked and felt great when outside was 5 degrees F ! The WiFi worked excellent, but with so many hacks, I suggested to Warren to change the password after every client left. The thoughtfulness of having the entrance password being my last four numbers of the mobile phone was good too ! Having lots of snow and being cold, it would have been nice to use the backstairs through the garage to unload and load our car, but I understand Warren probably has many personal items stored. All in all, it was a fantastic place to stay, thank you Warren and Leanne, Good luck for 2024 !
Warren’s place was the perfect home base for our weekend in Edwards. Cozy and spacious, the condo was located close to restarted and easily accessible to Route 6 and the highway.

Warren's place was perfect for our small group. Directions and communication were clear on how to get into the condo. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We cooked in for breakfast daily and several dinners and skied during the day. It was a great location for getting to Beaver Creek ski resort, and only 25 minutes or so to Vail. It was very quiet, we didn't really hear any neighbors/ noise from other units in the building, parking lot and walk-ways stayed clean of snow even though it snowed quite a bit while we were there. We enjoyed the gas fireplace for its ambiance and cozy heat. I would highly recommend Warren's place.

Situated in the Villas at Brett Ranch right next to the Eagle River. Only 3 miles from the Edwards Riverwalk - a charming downtown full of restaurants, stores and boutiques. A 15 minute drive from world class skiing at Beaver Creek or 25 minutes from Vail Mountain.
Parking: Two parking spaces available. One space is allotted directly in front of the garage. A second vehicle can be registered w/ the HOA and park in any of the non-assigned spaces. Vehicle information is required before arrival (year, make, model, and license plate number). The HOA parking regulations are strictly enforced. Please note that unregistered vehicles will be booted!
