We're from Georgia and were surprised to find out how many Air BnB's in the Denver area don't have central heat & air. We know the area can be cold in October, so central heat was important to us, and we were glad to find Kim And Ben's home with both. The house had everything we needed down to throws and throw pillows in the living room for resting on the couch. There are plenty of hangers in the closets, also not a given! The decor is simple and unfussy, which helps it feel uncluttered. We were glad to have this place as a pied-a-terre during a busy wedding weekend. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping.

It's a great place to stay in Golden. It is super convenient to everything, clean, comfortable, and everything is updated. Easy Check-in and excellent communication. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, adjacent to a park, Clear Creek, and the walking paths along both its sides. We rented e-bikes from the vendor a block away and enjoyed riding along the creek. Fun to see the many tubers on the river over a glorious Labor Day weekend of warm weather. The home was as described, with 4 comfortable King beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, very clean. Window AC units made the temps inside comfortable while the outside temps were quite high. We'd rent this home again!
