Cottontail is such a great cottage booking for families that need more space. Out kids love having rooms to themselves and love the art, the beds, and the kitchen and living room amenities. The newly fenced in backyard and front yard landscaping are great for kids to run around between beach visits. The ability to do laundry as needed with supplies provided and a well-appointed kitchen make this an easy choice for a spring and summer family getaway! We’ve booked two years in a row now and have always been impressed with the amenities and how the property is continually being improved! Clinton is extremely responsive and attentive and gives very clear instructions. We cannot recommend this cottage highly enough!

This 'cottage' is set up to be your home away from home, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is FULLY stocked with everything you need (even kitchen appliances I don't have at home, like an air fryer). Just bring sheets and facial tissues. We stayed here for an extended weekend of birding, and the location is just perfect. Walkable to old and new provincial campgrounds, the bird observatory and even the local dill pickle french fry place. A short drive to several other birding hotspots. We couldn't figure out the code entry system (or it was broken), but the hosts had already provided a way for us to get a physical key instead. Some of the instructions on the provided iPad were a bit out of date (i.e. where to find specific items in the house), but that was not anything that negatively affected our stay. Beautiful, fully-fenced backyard with fire pit and BBQ. We will be booking this place again, for sure!

This cottage was a beautiful newly remodeled cottage. It was clean, which is most important to me and the backyard was beautiful and private. I would highly recommend!!!
