For the price of the rental, the value was not there. The pictures are misleading. We booked the house to enjoy the outdoor areas and unfortunately it was not well kept. The seating and hammock were so filthy we couldn’t even use them. The fire burning hot tub looks cool in pictures but was not practical. It took 4+ hours to heat up and even then it was not great. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Pillows were too thin. For the size of the house there isn’t enough seating in the living room to accommodate the amount of guest the cabin holds. We were four people and it wasn’t comfortable to watch tv in the upstairs area. The basement was nice, probably my favorite area of the house. The projection screen and beanbag chair were really cool and comfortable. Overall wasn’t a terrible stay, we made the best of it and enjoyed our time. The hosts were accommodating and responded quickly to my texts - maybe their other cabins were nice but this one was not it. (BLVE CABIN).

The house was in a beautiful location with lots of fake and real fire places, and . The only thing was that it was super sparce. It was not homey and felt more like a hotel room than a cozy cabin. There is a wood burning hot tub, but there were no directions for use and we ended up barely being able to use the tub, it was either too cold or way too hot, and cooling it down took hours. I would have liked more kitchen items. There was nothing to bake in, and all the pots and pans are non-stick, so if you don't use non-stick I recommend bringing your own pots and pans for your stay. Overall lovely house and a good get away spot! The house has three separate bedrooms, so it is perfect for a group of friends, or a family of 6.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is tucked away in the mountains, however this is not a very private place. It’s in a neighborhood and there are other cabins close by. The amenities were great. We appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were so clean and comfortable. The projector and big screen was a hit for the kids and my husband. Bushkill falls is only a short drive and a MUST SEE! Thanks for a good time!

We had a great stay in the Poconos for the long weekend. The hot tub did take almost three hours to warm up from very cold water, but this wasn't an issue as we planned ahead and kept the fire going in the evening. It can get a little chilly downstairs in the theater room, but the pellet stove is very easy to operate and warms the room up quickly. Bushkill Falls was only a short drive away and not crowded when we went to visit. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals. Very responsive hosts and great location.
