Flat for 5 people close to the seafront. Large terrace Living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room. The Conciergerie du Touquet offers you this beautiful, cosy flat close to the town centre and very close to the beach (2 minutes' walk). The flat has been recently refurbished and has a cosy, warm feel. You can also enjoy a large 50m² terrace when the weather permits. The flat comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (2 single beds can be joined together to make a double bed). There is a very nice living room with two sofas. TV and WIFI The bathroom has a shower with a washing machine-dryer. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: - Oven - microwave oven - Dishwasher - Nespresso coffee machine - Wifi Linen is not provided. It can be provided as an option.

Beaucoup de points positifs, une décoration soignée, un endroit calme. Par contre une vue sur l’arrière d’un immeuble que vous ne pouvez pas deviner sur les photos. Un fond de liquide vaisselle, 1 pods de lessive pour le lave linge, tous les produits pour les sanitaires vides. Il n’est pas précisé non plus que les draps sont en supplément : pour plus de 50 euros de draps vous faites vos lits ! Les serviettes de toilettes sont toutes fines et rêches. Pas une capsule de café, des jolies bougies mais pas d’allumettes ! À ce prix tout ça est très limite. Ça manque de générosité et d’envie de bien recevoir. Le grand hôtel nous aurait coûté moins cher. C’est dommage.

A really great apartment and accurately described on the details Great location for all bars & restaurants which are all in walking distance. Superb beach just around the corner as well The apartment was spotlessly clean & slept 4 adults comfortably. Communication with the owner/agent was very easy and we received extremely quick responses to our emails. All in all a perfect place for a break.
