The place is great and is the same as advertised in the listing. It has a great view from the balcony, spacious area on both floors, kitchen appliances are fully functional, and the place is very secure. The area was very accessible as it is on the main road. It's easy to call for a taxi or a jeep when going to different places in Baguio. The restaurants and stores in the building are also helpful when you don't want to travel and dine out. Never had a problem with the wifi, electricity, and the water supply during our stay. The area is also quiet, so it's perfect for staycation and relaxation. Sir Joel was always accommodating and was one message away before and during our stay. Overall, we had a great stay and we really recommend this place. We would go back here if we are ever in Baguio again!

The unit is the same on the photos. We had a spacious room and a beautiful view on the balcony. The WiFi is fast enough with all of our laptops and gadgets. Kudos to Sir Joel for being responsive and attentive to our queries. He even suggested few restos for us to try. The only downsides are the kitchen drawers were not maintained, some kitchen utensils have stains and we saw few little cockroaches but that didn't affect our whole experience. The place is near the tourist spots and there are also restaurants within the building. Overall, I will recommend Sir Joel's place and will definitely come back. 😊
