3 Ten by Absolute Charm was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming from the first step inside this expertly equipped home. We LOVED the outside fireplace & entertainment area…we spent every evening out back. It’s conveniently located to downtown shopping & restaurants as well as the surrounding areas. Just a quick trip up 290 to the wineries, Wildseed Farm and Dripping Springs. The bluebonnet’s were definitely showing out this season!!! Thank you for opening up such a beautiful rental. We would definitely book this Airbnb again & again.

The first thing we noticed was the general lack of cleanliness of the house, all the surfaces, closet, tables and decoration had a lot of dust, it was obvious that it had gone a long time without being cleaned. We found candy on the floor, leftover food in small quantities, tags from new clothes thrown in the bathroom, spiderwebs on the kitchen lamps, hair on the pillows in one of the rooms. The kitchen is an open area in which glasses and some pots are on shelves. All the glasses were dirty with traces of dirt and grease. They looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time, we had to leave the dishes clean (rules) even when we pay a cleaning fee I read what the house contained including some appliances and in which a blender was listed, there’s none in there and when I ask for one they told me they can’t help me😞 Christmas dinner was ruined🤷🏻‍♀️. We found 2🪳 but what surprised us was that when we managed to kill them we realized that they had dust on the top. Beautiful 🏠YES!

This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful. There was no disappointment from our end. We were within walking distance to all the shops and Christmas events. We look forward to our next stay.
