Beautiful comfortable place with a great Pool.

The villa looked like the photos and description. We booked a 3 bed villa but the 2 bedrooms are not connected to the main living space which may prove tricky with families with small children but great for teens and sharers. Pool is large and clean, more towels for pool use would be appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful location, will recommend a car to get around to places as shops and restaurants are a 10 min drive. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, we had sole use of a bbq area which was very large, great for socialising. We had a great stay and would recommend this place and the other villas on the compound. Communication was easy and clear, caretakers Bayran and Ozlem are on site for checkins and any villa related issues. Thanks again for our stay, hopefully we can come again soon.

We enjoyed amazing week with parents in the Kaia homes. Bravo for the location , territory, houses and rooms. Beautiful pool and very good barbecue area. Emir is the best, always responsive and very helpful !

Eine sehr schöne Dorf Villa. Dir Lage ist oben auf dem Berg und sehr ruhig. Das war Perfekt für uns. Die Stadt Fethiye liegt im Tal ca. 7 km entfernt (25 min.) Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Markt, wo man Brot usw. kaufen kann. Der Emir war ein guter Gastgeber. Er hat uns nach Wunsch, sofort einen Babybett und einen Baby-Tisch besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Villa und der Gastgeber Emir sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Location of the property is good and Bayram who stays at the property is very helpful and great person. The host compiled a nice list of things to do in that area, it was very helpful. Just the property itself (building, amenities , bathroom, kitchen, build quality, furniture quality) is like everything was bought as cheap as possible, cut corners everywhere. We stayed in loft+ 2 separate bedrooms. Those small bedrooms smelled bad like it wasn’t built properly. Wet smell. You always felt like you are staying in a 3 star place when you thought you gonna stay at 5 star place. But Turkey is so expensive now that even 3 star is a bargain at this price. The land the property sits on is gorgeous, all green and lush plot, nice pool, but the water was way too warm and there was a smoking lady there every time I went so I couldn’t stay there :) There also was a heat wave for 4-5 days, electricity and water was shut for few hrs at a time, really discomforting. Overall 5.5/10 for me
