Your smile will forever be our reward.” When Nicolas took over the Hotel The Originals Aix-en-Provence North Le Village Provençal in 2012, he dreamt of ‘a new challenge, a new profession, a different setting’. No more mass retail. “I enjoy the close contact with guests. There is a diversity of conversations, different backgrounds, it’s very enriching on a daily basis,” he explains as the reasons behind his switch to the family hotel business. Our Pertuis hotel pays tribute to the Provence region, in the decor certainly but above all in the concept of the place with Provençal architecture featuring buildings of different heights set around a square. A Provence village square... with the 36 rooms facing it and therefore protected from the noise of the surrounding business park. The place is charming as is the customer service in this 3-star establishment: “here you are treated as a guest”
