Welcome to our newly remodeled mother-in-law suite with brand new appliances and butcherblock countertops. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee and tea. Driveway parking close to entrance. 26-miles from Seattle and 15-miles from Seatac airport. Be our guest at our 1.16 acre woodland lot overlooking Soos Creek Trail. We live on a private road with friendly neighbors (you may see their chickens pecking around our yard at times). Do not hesitate to reach out with questions or for something you may need.

Comfy and perfect for two people. We had a long travel day with several hours’ time difference from home - we slept so well once we finally made it in that we felt perfectly refreshed the next morning. I’d definitely stay again!
Great spot with some great hosts!
Perfect for getting together with family. Quiet, nice setting. She went above abd beyond with some snacks available and a few items in the refrigerator.
My daughter and I stayed here the last night of our stay in the PNW. Christie’s place is absolutely adorable and the perfect little hideaway. I would definitely recommend her place to others
Such a cute place! It was very comfy and the view of the forest was beautiful! Had everything we needed!

We live on a private one-lane road in the Soos Creek community. Across the street from Patton Farm, a horse boarding stable.
There is one parking space available on the left side of the driveway in front of the garage. There is a path down to the patio/entrance. The motion light will turn on as you approach the path. Please watch your step as there may be fresh pine cones scattered about.
