They were responsive and flexible all around the clock! The bed was one of the best beds, I've slept on! And the location was close to most things like the city center, restaurants, Tesco

Nice looking modern loft apartment. There is hardly any kitchen equipment, just plates and pans, so was hard to make a full meal but we made do. They didn’t provide much soap or washing up liquid, so bring extra. They require £100 deposit even though it just says ‘may’ be a deposit. And the deposit disappears off your statement instead of being refunded which isn’t ideal. We arrived to no hot water, they were resistant to fix it on the phone, making up excuses as to why they can’t come out to fix it. They came after a few hours and fixed it. Then they tried calling at 11pm to talk about it, then they called the next morning to apologise and gave lots of excuses as to why it was like that. No genuine apology and only £20 back which wasn’t proportionate to our inconvenience really. They just kept saying we understand but it didn’t really solve the issues. The bedroom heater also didn’t work but we couldn’t be bothered to get them out again. Great location to tram stop. Really comfy bed
