Pamela was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. Between car problems and other things, she understood my problems. Excellent host!
Cute place. Hard to sleep in the mornings as we could hear loud talking and loud footsteps between 4:30-5:00 AM. I parked my vehicle in the back which appeared to be public parking. There were no sign to let me know otherwise. Someone left me a note on my windshield saying "please park somewhere else".
Perfect for someone staying by themselves if they are in Billings for work. Super cute and enjoyed our stay. Host responded back very quickly. We met the owner of the house and he was very nice! I will say that if someone is staying in the upstairs apartment, it is very loud when they are walking around up there. If you were to stay there for work and you happen to be working night shift, definitely get some ear plugs to sleep in.
I have a lot of constructive criticism to suggest for this place because i do see some potential. I was the second person to ever stay here. So it’s a fairly new listing. If you are a travel health care worker like myself, it’s located perfectly across the street from both hospitals. I walked or rode a bicycle to work every day. Super convenient in that sense. However i ran into a ton of hiccups staying here for a span of 2 months. But the only reason i didn’t decide to leave was because i didn’t have a vehicle for a convenient move, i already left another airbnb due to pipes busting and didn’t want to go through that process again, and i didn’t want to loose out on more money. This airbnb is located in the basement of a house which is also a airbnb for rent. There was constantly somebody going in and out of the house (i assume to fix it up because nobody rented it out except one weekend that i was there) and also in the backyard. And when i tell you the walls are suuuuper thin! I could hear conversations above me and every foot step above my head. I worked night shifts at the hospital on the duration of my stay. So i was getting woken up to that commotion constantly and loosing sleep. There was also people working on things in the backyard which i was given no heads up on. Ever. Which is scary being there alone. I had an incident where one of the workers tried to get into my airbnb with the code (apparently the code doesn’t ever change because he knew it) and if i hadn’t locked the screen door that is only able to lock/unlock from the inside. He would of been inside my place to go into the back room that he needed to check something for. He told me “i didn’t know anybody was staying here”. Honest mistake on his part, but you would think they should get a heads up that there is a guest?? Then there was a gate placed to block off the backyard towards the end of my stay. And again.. no communication that men where going to be outside my door working on that and making noise. The walking path to get to the backyard is also VERY muddy. I was constantly messing my shoes up. There were a lot of other small things that i had issues with but without being too detailed, these are the main things that stood out more. I definitely think that there needs to be better communication with the workers AND the guests. Another major thing was the fact that there was no light at my basement door. It was pitch black when i would get home. I had to use my phone light to see where i was going because not ever the main house had a light working. I brought this up to her the very first week. And finally i had a light put in (again randomly without knowledge) only 3 days before i checked out.

自我介绍
I am from Billings Montana I love this town it’s perfect for families and for business. I grew up poor but my mom would go to garage sales every weekend and buy things for our house to make it comfortable. I would have a different comforter and curtains in my room monthly. I finally caught the bug when I was about 15 and started helping her buy things and redo the house. In college I had people call me to redo their apartments which was a passion of mine granted there was no money to be made. I was in the corporate world for 25 years and decided to get out of it and follow my passion and lo and behold Airbnb came knocking at my door. I currently have 22 listings and I try to make each house/townhome a comfortable place for everybody to land. I love my job and I hope that you will notice the difference between Airbnb’s when you’re booking with us
