Amazing stay! The backyard views were breathtaking at sunrise. Todd was super friendly and responsive. This is a must stay if you are planing on visiting Zion national park.

Todd’s place is an awesome unique space if you want something different from the vacation rentals in the area. The place was very homey and a great shelter from the heat of the desert.

I want to start by saying that this place is in a great location with beautiful surrounding mountains, a relaxing backyard and a cool vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils, plates and there’s even a small BBQ we used as we watched the sun set over the mountains. The laundry machine worked well as did the shower. The house had interesting lights and gemstones. The one problem we experienced were that there were a lot of bugs, primarily earwigs, which come from outside. Todd tried to get rid of them while we were there and was getting a pest company to take care of it. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Nice location, well equipped for cooking, travel info and games. Loved the big garage door.

We had such a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Todd had everything to make us and our pups feel right at home. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, great shower, fully functional washer and dryer. Location was perfect - 15min to springdale and about 25-30min to get to zion depending on traffic. Would stay here again!
