The apartment is lovely and in a very good location within the complex. It is mostly newly furnished but the daybed on the terrace needs recovering and the coffee table re-sanding. Outdoor cushions also need cleaning or replacing. The allocation of towels - one bath towel and one extremely small beach towel was ridiculous, so I contacted Cairns Coast Holidays for additional towels, which we received, but the weekly clean resulted in the same issue. As we were staying there for an unusually extended period of five weeks, we cooked most nights and had to request extra items of basic cookware. An inventory of kitchen items needs to be made and additional basic items added. We ended up buying an oven glove and mats for the dining table. My other complaint was that with an extended stay, there needs to be a thorough clean every week, not a quick wipe down with sheets and towels changed. Despite those comments, our stay was a wonderful escape to Paradise!

We had a fabulous eight day stay in Palm Cove. The location is quiet and tucked away from main street, but easy walking distance to cafes' and dining places. Access to the beach is also easy from rear of the complex. Rooms were clean and all amenities were working well. Staff of the resort were friendly and helpful. Great place for families to stay and young kids will still have plenty to do. Great apartment, great location. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Pool access room over all was great, good size. Just a few points for a room at nearly $650/night (low season). Musty on entry, lasted a couple of days with everything wide open 24 hrs /day & aircond off. Heavily stained outdoor (but under cover) day bed. Heavily stained outdoor (but under cover) table. No rain umbrellas (resort wouldn't give us any either as we're not attached to the resort) . One towel each for pool and showering. ('stole' pool towels from the resort) Small 13 year old 32" 'dumb' TV in living room. Beds in both rooms are single beds loosely joined together. These points are indicative of not a lot of love being shown here for many years. Asking top dollar? Present it as such.

What a wonderful resort and beautiful apartment. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. A beautiful resort with stunning landscapes and scenery, great pools and amazing food. Staff all very friendly and helpful. A fabulous place for a holiday.
