Mr. Shenoy is a prroactive and responsive host. provided clear instructions alongwith lots of local recommendations. clean house, clean bathrooms and good facilities at kitchen. overall, great value for money. I recommend to others without any hesitation.

Mohan is a good host. Very communicative and helpful. Has a great list of local recommendations . The place is very clean. Spacious rooms. Comfortable parking space. Care taker is available 24*7 upstairs but doesn’t affect the privacy. Overall an excellent stay.

This was a lovely stay. The home is lovely and the location was very good because we had access to multiple eateries, popular ones in the 3-4 kilometres proximity. There was easy parking, check-in and check-out was also very easy. The house was clean and the neighbourhood felt safe.
