Accommodations are like new, sparkling clean, with very comfy beds . All dishes & utensils needed to prepare meals were readily available. Kathy & Brian thought of everything a guest could need. The outdoor space was so peaceful for my family to relax while the grandchildren enjoyed the play set. It was perfect, spacious for my family.

While during our stay we experienced a heavy hail storm that was quite frightening, but Kathy and her team were on high alert. They were attentive and made sure we were safe and comfortable. Very friendly people and the place felt like home!! LOVE IT! and would do it again!!

This was our third stay in Hill Country the past few years and quickly became our favorite. We had a lot of room in the house for a family of four to relax. We loved the big deck, swing and fire pit to make s’mores and watch the dark skies at night. Cooking was super easy with a full kitchen and grill. The washer and dryer were great to keep up with laundry. Wimberley, Blanco, and Dripping Springs are all close for shopping and dining. The proximity to state parks is a great selling point for day trips for hikes, mountain biking, swimming, and picnics. The hosts were super responsive to our questions and requests and left great instructions for the home and area. We highly recommend the home!
