I have stayed in this neighborhood a few times and I like this place. It is perfect for 1-2 couples looking to spend some time near Spirit Lake.

Nice quiet place to unwind and relax. Kitchen had everything to prepare and enjoy a thanksgiving meal. Very clean inside and out. Only negative was that the beds are very uncomfortable.

Great place for a small family to stay, would not plan on 5 adults sleeping comfortably, but with 5 adults, I would just book a bigger place anyway. Short drive to the main beach area with mini golf and other water sport rentals available. Safe. Quiet area to be out walking in the evening or early morning. We had a great stay

Our week there was really good. Great place to go for golfing! Backyard firepit & the amount of wood was great! The only complaint is that the pull out couch was not very comfortable at all. We had 5 adults, so it didn't work well. Water pressure was kind of an issue as very low at times. Also, the bbq was very dirty and had no brush to clean it. Overall, it was a nice place to stay!
