Loved our stay at Greg’s place in Vieques. It is tough to beat instant beach access and an option for the pool as well. Greg was an amazing host. There was one night where a bad thunderstorm brought a ton of seaweed and debri to the beach. Greg was there first thing the next day to clean it all up. Couldn’t be happier with our stay and would return.

Wonderful stay at Sands. Greg was very helpful and responsive to the minor issues/questions we encountered. My three boys loved body surfing and boogie boarding in the waves out front and we'll all enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach (and all around the island). There's great shade down on the beach and the occasional visit from horses on the beach to keep thing interesting! The porch is amazing with perfect views. The place was very clean and suited our family of 5 very well for the week. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Beautiful home with a gorgeous view!!!! Great location located close to beautiful beaches. Greg is an excellent host. Very attentive and very fast response time. Highly recommend!
