Visiting family in the area, we wanted a place that was close enough to the touristy areas of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge but far enough away from the bustle and crowds. This place fit the bill nicely. Property is on a fairly quiet road with a big field on one side that opens up to a great view of the Smokys. Three bedrooms was great to accommodate us with two kids, so each got their own room. WiFi and TV was seamless. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It's a quick drive into Seymour. 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and the UT campus, 10 minutes from Hwy 66 and the "main drag" into Sevierville. Dog-friendly hosts made us feel right at home with our pup, and the front yard has plenty of flat grass for walking. House was well stocked with extra linens, paper products, and cleaning supplies, so we didn't need to buy anything like that for our stay. Spacious deck with hot tub was nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring eastern Tennessee.

PoP is awesome! The location is great! Close to so much but out enough to be chill. The view is beautiful! The house is next to a large field where I even got to see 2 courting prairie dogs! Beyond that view is Bluff Mountain, which can be seen from the front & back decks & the master bath window. When you're outside, you can hear the cows lowing nearby. There are 2 neighbors close but never saw them or heard a thing. The house is roomy & cozy. The bedrooms are large & were accommodating to my parent's walkers. The en suite is ginormous! Awesome soaking tub & huge shower that was perfect with my parent's shower bench. The beds & furniture were comfortable & cozy. There is a TV in every bedroom & the ones in the living room & master are big! We didn't use the outside kitchen or fire pit but they're bomb! Richey & Nathalene are wonderful, helpful, incredibly responsive & patient! (I had lots of questions) Josh Is great, too! I would definitely recommend PoP! You'll enjoy it!
