Kevin was so helpful and his response time was great! He even had a high chair and pack and play ready for us when he found out we had babies with us. His place was clean and the view in the back yard was beautiful. It’s located near grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting our family that lives there!!

All was as Kevin described. It was clean, with plenty of utensils for eating in. It’s off the main “path”, quiet, with a nice condo shared back yard with lots of shade trees. But a small strip mall with a name brand grocery store + other stores. I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s in a complex and on the ground floor with neighbors all around and we heard absolutely no one the entire 5 days. It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. There are a number of restaurants and stores within a 20 minute drive, including a grocery store which is about a minute away. Very convenient! I loved drinking my morning tea in the enclosed patio and listening to the birds. It sits right along a stream as well so at any given time you can see ducks and geese as well. Instructions were very clear and helpful and Kevin answered any questions we had within an hour, if not within minutes. The place was spotless and felt very homey. Linens and towels are provided which was convenient and I loved having in-unit laundry available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone! Thank you, Kevin, for the excellent accommodations while we visited family and theme parks in the area. This place is a real gem!!
