Appartement très confortable, vue magnifique et très bien situé dans le 11eme. Tommy était en train de déménager mais a très bien communiqué avec moi sur ce qui serait disponible. Je recommande.

Tommy's flat is just the way it looks on the pictures. It is very compact but with differentiated areas (kitchen-bathroom-bedroom-living room). I stayed alone so for me it was absolutely perfect and more than enough. It would also perfectly suit a couple (large bed) or even 3-4 people (turning the living room into a sleeping area at night). The flat is a real Airbnb experience, since Tommy usually lives in it, as opposed to a rental apartment, which for me was an important factor to take into account when making my final decision. The downside of this is that the flat is already full of stuff and it does not offer much free space (to hang shirts, and so on). I stayed 9 nights in the flat and noticed it, but I did not consider it of huge importance. On the other hand, it has everything you might need for a longer stay (things like iron machine, washing machine and a rack for hanging clothes, coffee machine, etc., things that might not be available in other accommodations). The check-in process was easy and fluid. I didn't meet Tommy himself, he was on holiday, but he was available online and solved all my doubts fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend the flat to other people. The neighbourhood is lovely too, not touristic at all, very real and genuine, full of excellent dining and drinking options, and at the same time very close to the center of the city (a 25-minute walk to Le Marais) and with plenty of transport options nearby to reach other parts of the city. It's on the sixth floor so the light is amazing. All in all, it did meet my expectations and I would rent it again on my next visit to Paris.

Un appartement très lumineux, et comme tous les appartements parisiens beaucoup de proximité avec le voisinage, donc soulevez les chaises pour les déplacer. Mais un nid d'aigle à recommander!

Tom place location was great nearby restaurant,supermarket and comfortable to stay.Tom is easy to talk to when I need his information about all of his place stuffs.Tom is really helpfull.
