Emely’s place is modern, clean with most of the amenities listed on the listing. It is safe in a gated community. - We needed to stay an extra day before check out day. When we contacted Emely, she quoted extra day as $90 by paying cash or bank transfer and explained $10 more than daily rate with the extra charge was for cleaning fee. But we already paid cleaning fee when booked through Airbnb. Suggestion is do changes through Airbnb app. I did not know host can submit changes at that time. - We did not see BBQ grill at the property. We did not ask Emely about it since it is too hot for us to be outside. - We did not see shower gel at the property as listed. - It took me a while to figure out that I need to use a lighter after turning on the stove. - It was noisy with loud music and party goers nearby until 3 am for two nights and we weren’t sure if the noise was from other units or community (we stayed from 12/28-01/01). Something to note if stay during holidays.

It is very accessible to the city but away from it that it’s very peaceful. Emily’s place was very cleaned and welcoming. During the stay we felt safe because there two security guard stations. When we visit San Miguel we’ll be staying here.

Emily was very nice and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.
