My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jeanelle's. She is a lovely host who is very responsive and goes over and beyond to respond to all issues. During our stay we had an internet problem that was caused by heavy rainfall and Jeanelle closely followed up with the internet provider to ensure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. The unit is well maintained and well equiped. It's close to the L train (max 10mins walk) that will take you all the way to lower manhattan(14st & 8Av) in about 40mins. Am not sure if there is much to do around the area the unit is located (we didn't have much time to explore, but the area is peaceful and reasonably quiet for NYC.

Jeannelle was a fantastic host. She had a quick response time (before/ after my arrival) and very helpful when it came to things to do and foods to eat in the area. There was an issue however, she responded very quickly and coordinated a time that worked best for me. Jeannelle fixed the issue and made certain accommodations so it wouldn’t happen again. Over all this was an absolutely beautiful property. The people are very friendly in the community and overall my family and I simply enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Le quartier est calme avec quelques commerces à proximité. Le logement était fidèle à la description, propre, spacieux et agréable. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied, et à environ 30 minutes de Manhattan. Jeannelle est disponible et réactive dès que vous la solliciter. Très bon choix de logement dans Brooklyn.
