Alvaro e’ stato super!! Tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Madrid. In Metro o a piedi sono facilmente raggiungibili le principali attrazioni della città!!

el lugar de acuerdo para las dos personas que fuimos. Álvaro muy atento y servicial. solo un poco de ruido en las madrugadas de los camiones recolectores de basura . muy recomendable el espacio de Álvaro

Alojamiento perfecto para estancias cortas en Madrid. Localizacion inmejorable, equipado, muy limpio y agradable y una cama muy confortable. Además, el trato de Alvaro es excepcional. Muy recomendable!

Alvaro and Rosa were fantastic hosts making us feel right at home and comfortable in Madrid. He clearly communicated and set expectations of the apartment. Unfortunately the washer was broken during our stay but he kindly offered to wash and fold for any of our needs. We loved the black out blinds in the evening to block off sound and noise. The location of the apartment is a perfect home base for the tourist and food attractions, you can walk anywhere or subway. The studio apartment is near the stairway and you can hear other folks staying at the complex coming in and out, and of course coming home from a late night.

This particular studio is perfect for short stays vs. longer term stays, as it's quite small so it all depends on your needs. If your one to cook, there is the proper kitchen and equipment, but can still be small and cozy. The best things about his apartment are the location and comfort. Chamberí is my favourite neighbourhood and its located in what i consider the most convenient part of the area for where I needed to be. I also appreciated how quiet and comfortable the space was. It was everything I wanted and needed. Im short to say any more because I dont want it booked for my next stay ;) Many thanks Álvaro !!
