Fantastic! One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The view is stunning, and the nearby beach coves are out of this world, little paradises, great for swimming. Lisa was a great host.

Our stay at Sol Patch was fantastic! The apartment, beautifully simple and yet intricately detailed, provided everything we needed. The stunning ocean view from our backyard offered various relaxation options: a table, hammock, and lounge chairs on the deck, Adirondack chairs near the cliff's edge, and a perfectly sized plunge pool. We spent the most time out here watching the sunset. The space exuded personality inside and out, reflecting Lisa and Joel's souls. This gem on the island's west end, was our little haven between adventures. Lisa and Joel provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in handy, since even free beaches charged for chairs. The best part of our stay was Lisa and Joel themselves. They are very responsive, fun natured, and full of recommendations. They are wonderful people, so naturally they are wonderful hosts. We are so glad we met them and only wish we could have spent more time with them. We will have to plan ahead with them for our next visit.

This is that kind of place that stays in your heart. There is so much taste, so many little details and so much personality put into this place that you know special people must be behind - and they are! Lisa and Joel are just lovely people that we would have been happy to get to know better. They were extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule part of the trip due to an unforeseen circumstance, although they did not have to. Highly recommended!

Joel and Lisa’s place was great! The location was perfect for exploring the west side of the island. Just a few minutes drive to several great beaches and restaurants. Joel had recommended Cactus Cafe and their African peanut soup with bananas was one of our food highlights! The large deck had plenty of shade and the plunge pool was perfect to hop into when we got hot. Watching out to the water was always exciting. And of course the amazing sunsets!!! When we had a light bulb burn out Joel was quick to replace it. We loved the privacy of the property and how peaceful and relaxing it was. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lisa accepted a last minute booking and was very responsive to all my questions. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures which made a an amazing experience. The location was exactly why I had been looking for. I cannot thank her and Joel for better last few days in Curaçao.
