Excellent 2 bed appartment. It was very clean and perfect for our family. There was a funny smell in the main living area and it was very cold on arrival, but a candle was left which quickly got rid of the smell and radiators worked very efficiently. We arrived late at night, so had it of been earlier this wouldn't have been as bad. The key code made it really easy to enter, and the car was very safe in the gated car park. It was very noisy for us being next to a busy road, but we live in a quiet area, so we're probably just not used to it. Good value for money and what we needed for a 2 night stay.

We stayed in the Jack from 21 October until 24 October. The jack is a fine apartment to stay for a few days. You have all the tools you need to make dishes in the kitchen, the beds are fine and the apartment is tidy and clean. Some points that can be upgraded in the future are: you can hear a lot of noises from outside which makes sleeping hard sometimes, there are some used marks on the wall in the kitchen and there are humid marks in the shower and the wall next to the shower. Overall the jack is a fine place to stay, but not perfect.

Good location and clean apartment. Sanjay was very helpful when I booked the wrong dates initially and rearranged a different apartment for us when I realised the mistake. A little noisy beside busy roads but had everything we needed and was easy to organise and secure.
