Bruno's place is superb! It is easy to get to, at the centre of everything and quiet inside. He has a great choice in music, although we didn't play any. The apartment has a great sense of freedom and peace. The perfect getaway for a few days in Montpelier. We would recommend this apartment for a couple visiting the region.

Fantastic stay in this well located spacious apartment . Burno was very accommodating allowing us to drop our bags and check in ahead of time . The apartment is very well equiped and the location couldn’t have been better . A great base to explore Montpellier from! Highly recommended to other travelers ,it’s a 5 star from us !!

I stayed in this apartment for a month in March to April 2024. While I agree with the positive points mentioned by other reviewers, my experience was overshadowed by the noise from the neighbours. The first few days were peaceful, just as others had described. But when the upstairs neighbours moved in, things took a turn for the worse. Their first week was filled with loud music and constant parties, showing little consideration for anyone else. I spoke to Laurent about it, and the nighttime noise eased up a bit, though it still continued during the day. However, things got even worse in my last week there. One night, I politely asked them to lower the volume, but they completely ignored me. Considering some of the rough characters visiting their apartment, I decided not to push the issue any further. In the end, I decided to move to a hotel for the last two days just to get some peace and quiet. Despite having plans to stay another month in September, I've decided to cancel them.
