We attempted to reach out to get an earlier check in, the host sent us a link to another property, implying to rebook elsewhere. This host discriminated against us from prior to check in then they contacted me calling me Emily, then they tried to charge me for my service dog. Then they contacted us at 11:30, saying check out was at 11, rushed us out of there by calling me multiple times while I was conducting an interview via zoom. I had to conduct the rest of the interview from my car. After my meeting, I attempted to contact them because we were under the impression checkout was 1pm. They didn’t answer my calls. I checked to confirm again and the reservation said 1pm; I then sent them a screenshot and that’s when they replied apologizing. By that point I’d already left. I was confused because we had stayed at another property with this same house before and it wasn’t like this.. we didn’t even do anything so this was confusing. I’d be more understanding had we actually done something
