Extremely comfortable and charming house with everything we needed and within easy walking distance of bars restaurants shops and the beautiful centre of Norwich. Very good beds and good quality bed linen, kitchen equipment etc. Many thoughtful touches. Highly recommended.

Lovely house on a quiet street just off the Unthank Road. Two lovely parks nearby and plenty of shops and pubs. Nicola was really responsive and helpful and the house was great - very well equipped, nice unexpected welcome pack and good quality furniture. Very quiet throughout our stay.

We had a 2 night stay at Nicolas place for a family event. The house is a short walk into Norwich town centre . We all commented how quiet it was , even in a built up area . We all slept very well and it was deathly silent at night. The house is tastefully decorated and linen , duvets , towels ect are of good quality . Lovely little extras everywhere , which was great . Great value for money also . I'm glad I didn't go for the hotel option I was thinking about . Cant think of any negatives here . I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Brilliant !

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend's stay at Nicola's lovely home. Communication with Nicola was fantastic-- she was responsive, friendly, and happy to help and all her directions about finding, checking in to, and using the property were appreciated. The home is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the historic centre (the market, cathedral, and all the lovely independent shops) as well as itself nestled in a neighbourhood with pubs, grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities a 5-10min walk away. The house had everything we needed-- it was very clean and tidy, we used the kitchen and its amenities to make some lovely cooked breakfasts and and it was well stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils as well as tableware. We had fantastic sleeps (lovely mattress/linens!) and I really appreciated the "powder room" off the main bedroom and supplied blow dryer and hair straighteners as well as a vanity and wardrobe! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed snug base for existing Norwich. We especially appreciated the thick towels, quality bedding, coffee machine and the bottle of wine! Just what we were looking for :)
