The exterior of the house is enclosed and made of limestone. In fine weather, you can enjoy delicious figs from the 2 fig trees. The house is located in Espère, a small village of 1,000 inhabitants where you'll find a supermarket and a roadside restaurant, l'auberge de l'Espérance, where you'll eat very well for good value. In the neighboring village of Mercuès (3 km), you'll find all amenities: bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, pizzeria, bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy.
