Such a fabulous location in Bologna. Above the Mercato dell’Herbe great bars and restaurants all around and very easy walking distance to the centre. A local oasis. Absolutely loved it. Riccardo was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

An excellent location and a well equipped apartment. A few minor things need attention but they didn’t spoil our experience. Bologna is a truly wonderful city and Riccardo's apartment is a great base for exploring it.

Riccardo's place is in a convenient location. Otherwise, we were disappointed by our stay. We chose the location because it was halfway through our Italy road trip and it listed both parking and washer/dryer. While there were laundry facilities in unit, there was no parking on site at all. Riccardo provided the names of a couple public garages but all were 5-10 minute walk away and required large fees. The garage required us to leave our rental car keys with them. It was also unseasonably hot while we were there and we messaged Riccardo about the AC - I understand there are rules about AC in Italy and we might not have been able to use it, but he never even bothered to respond to us to let us know this. Lastly, the apartment was dirty. The rug wasn't clean, and several large dust bunnies came out from under the couch when we had the windows open, our only option without working AC. Also the locked gate to the complex was often left open which did not feel safe.
