Last year (2023) our immediate family stayed in Tamarack. We enjoyed panorama so much that we brought back both sets of grandparents and an aunt and uncle. So we had four adult couples and a couple of kids (9&4). Everyone having their own room and ensuite with the kids having a bunk bed room was perfect! I’d say the two biggest talking points for our group would be the family room / hot tub spaces and proximity to ski lifts. This house was perfect for gathering. No making plans between couples to meet in the lobby at such and such a time, etc. We also had to try the outdoor pools at the base for our 4yo again, but the heater wasn’t working and we were sent away. Never been more validated in spending the money on this house with a hot tub! Getting to the lift this year was harder than last, but well worth the 2 sec drive to the Grey Wolf shop with ample/quiet parking. Easily walkable, but not enjoyable in full gear. Would absolutely recommend the place and would stay again ourselves!

A very good and well laid out house. Nice kitchen, though it could be better with more ‘stuff’, good spa, nice sitting room with gas fire (super easy to use), well maintained pool table, an easily accessible boot room and easy access to the ski lift by the golf club. Overall, a very good house and I would stay there again.

Shy’s home is very ideal for large families! We loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom, we agreed it made every room feel like a master. Overall, the layout of the house is spectacular. There is plenty of room for everyone to have privacy as well as enough room in the dining room and living room for everyone to gather. The game room provided hours of entertainment for our children (age ranging 4-9) and the pool table was lots of fun for the adults. The hot tub was awesome and with clear instructions provided by Shy we were able to do the daily treatment with ease. My only “complaint” (if you can call it that) is this property is not super ideal if you are planning to walk (especially with young kids) to the ski hill. Shy was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend this property if you are looking for a spacious and fun place to hold your extended family!
