Enjoy the security and simplicity of this equipped, quiet, comfortable and well-located accommodation. It has many food services, pharmacies, mini-supermarkets and several more within 300 meters. The most popular malls are less than 10 minutes away by car. Save time getting to the most touristic places due to our excellent location north of the city. The suite has a separate entrance from the main house as well as a covered parking space.

I had a great stay with Ricardo and would definitely stay again. The house is in a good, quiet location, and it has everything you need. Although I didn't use it, there is a kitchen area with many different appliances. It's good for a long stay or short stay.

The neighborhood is mostly for residential use and very safe, there is a very nice park 2 blocks away from the accommodation where you can go for a walk as well as food and service shops very close. A kilometer away there is another very extensive and beautiful area for walking and riding a bike or rollerblading.
