Beautiful condo with amazing views of the sunrise! Perfect location if you are attending a conference at the Ritz-Carlton. Only a 3 minute drive/uber to the hotel, which was very convenient for us.
We just stayed at this Airbnb for a sisters weekend. All three of us have second homes further south in Florida and we picked Amelia Island for a fun destination. We thoroughly enjoyed the location on the beach and it was a quiet area to stay and the beds were very comfortable. However, the condo was just a little old feeling. A cabinet door fell off onto the floor im the kitchen. The outdated decor and random sink in main bedroom and dining room hutch in the main bedroom was odd. The shower area in the front had a smell to it. Loud dishwasher, rusty front door. We just think it needs a little bit of sprucing up overall. We all own homes that we rent out to snowbirds and this wouldn’t pass muster where we are located. 4 pm check in and 10 am check out was not flexible at all. Overall, the condo fit our needs I just wouldn’t give it glowing marks. ( first review of it this kind for me )
Nice place with great location! So nice to find the beach chairs & towels To use . Kitchen was well equipped, but the pancake fry griddle may need to be replaced. Bedding was good quality & Looked newer. Overall we enjoyed our stay & hope to return😊!

Our stay at the condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The beach access was convenient and the beach is very natural. Our grandkids loved it. The pool setting was very appealing. It was a quiet setting and we all enjoyed that. The drive into the historic downtown wasn't long and we found good restaurants and activities. We appreciated the nearby Harris Teeter grocery. We want to stay here again. Also the communication from the team was very helpful and friendly.

Historic downtown Fernandina, located approximately 10 minutes from this unit, has a variety of restaurants, unique shops, bars, and historic sites to visit after a day spent at the beach or on the links! Sailmaker Condos are located in a gated community amongst giant oak trees and the sound of the ocean.
