Eric and Mayom are wonderful people, helpful and friendly. They helped us a lot during our stay and we appreciate it. The house was great for our family, as it was big and comfortable. The pool is a great bonus and we loved the close-by sea. During our stay there was noise due to construction work near by. We were told about it ahead, but it was more troublling than we thought. Also, the house needs some maintenance, especially the floors and the bathrooms, that frequently had bad smell. There are nets on one window (and some windows didn't open at all), so we couldn't ventilate the house, as there are a lot of mosquitoes. The location is great and there's a lot to do and see near the villa, but it is also very quiet and private, and we've had a great time at the place.

very nice and private location. quiet but not too far away from all the main beaches. the great communication troughout was outstanding. overall a great experience and highly recommended for a relaxed holiday

This place is a true treasure and there aren’t many of those around anymore. Far away enough from the busy areas to allow for deep relaxation, but also close enough to them, so you can just have a stroll or taxi ride for an adventure! The beach is literally only a few steps away, past a field of amazing purple creeping flowers that grow in the sand. Also the pool and garden are just gorgeous, so idyllic and tranquil! Mayom is The Perfect host, anything you need, she’s happy to help! The house is very tastefully decorated, spacious and the AC even has a remote control in each room so you can take it to bed with you and adjust or switch off as needed. That was novel to me and I loved it because it saves a lot of energy. Also there are 2 massage places within 3 minutes walk and 1 roadside restaurant that’s always busy within 5 minutes walk. Delicious! If you want to experience a little bit of real Thailand but with all the western standards, this is the place!
