We had a very good stay at Kula's apartment in Emerald Street. It is located near two Piccadilly Line underground stations which is very convenient. On day 2 they informed if everything was ok. I asked a question about a window and made a remark about the state of one of the mattresses. Their guest services responded quickly and offered us some alternatives for the mattress. We agreed on them delivering a new mattress the next day which was more than I would normally expect. I would recommend Kula and especially their guest services.

Appartement de standing, très joli et très bien placé, visites et commerces accessibles à pied, ainsi que le métro et une petite supérette. Quelques améliorations possibles dans l appartement pour être encore plus pratique mais je ne regrette pas mon choix, merci encore Kula !

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen um in London eine Sightseeingtour. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In direkter Nähe gibt es Haltestellen des ÖPNV. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet- und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke für die gute Kommunikation und den tollen Aufenthalt.

This place is a 15 minute walk to the Elizabeth line Farringdon Station and a 5 minute walk to Holborn Station. My son ordered from Amazon and there is a lockbox across the street (a 2 minute walk). Location is everything!! The host, Peleg, was very friendly and proactive. She was easily contacted. She was happy to give local recommendations. The place has heat but no air conditioning. Because of this, you need to leave the windows open. There is street noise since you are on an alleyway, close to the main road. When you get to the lane, on arrival, the unit is the first door on the right, across from the police station. (It took us a few minutes to figure out which door.) The tub (only one) is 2 feet tall to step in to. It does not have a non-slip floor. You need to be agile to be able to get in and out. We enjoyed staying here! A+ for location!

Superbe appartement , bien placé, transports en commun à proximité dans un quartier sécurisé. De nombreux commerce et restaurants à proximité. Un hôte très attentif , présent et réactif. A recommandé les yeux fermès.
