Jules was a fantastic host, property is well appointed with quality furnishing and fixtures. location is excellent with beach a short 5 minute stroll away. cafe and golf club are also within walking distance.

Jule’s place was exactly as advertised and incredibly well located to make the most of Mollymook - easily walkable between both sections of this gorgeous beach (and we had younger kids who don’t have that much stamina!). The property is incredibly well appointed with the all essentials and more. Loved the great sized beach towels, dryer was super handy and pantry staples very much welcomed.

Jules was really fantastic, so down to earth and friendly, very responsive and addressed all and any questions we had, lots of handy kitchen inclusions like snacks, tea, coffee, herbs and spices, cereals, plastic wraps, fresh laid eggs were especially a hit, great suggestions on local places to eat, things to do, so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and beach towels, would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for hosting us Jules.

My partner and I stayed for 7 days at Jules’s Airbnb. It was the absolute best stay we’ve had! We walked down to the beach every day and played golf during the afternoons. Perfect location but also nice and private, being tucked away behind a nice little garden. The inside of the unit is beautiful and we loved coming back to it after a long day exploring. It was the perfect escape for our holiday.

Loved our stay! Great location to beach in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean. On site parking. Very well stocked rental: from coffee and fresh eggs to beach chairs and umbrellas Comfortable, beach decor but clutter free. Bonus: washer and dryer. We arrived on an unseasonably hot day but great cross breeze and ceiling fans kept the place cool. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Jules was super nice and responsive to questions. Loved her dinner recommendation to Nomah.
