Located • 7 minutes to World Equestrian Center • 5 minutes to i75 • 6 minutes to Canyon Zip Line and Canopy Tours • 8 miles to historic downtown • 7 miles to amazing shopping and wonderful restaurants. Ocala is horse country for sure. However, it is also known for its central location to many sights to see in Florida. Right here in ocala we have kayaking, zip lining, and even a winery. We are a short drive to Disney World, Busch Gardens, St Augustine, and many other places worth visiting here. This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with large green space behind. Very little street traffic and an easy drive to Hwy 75

Great location near the world equestrian center, clean and very accommodating
Nice property mismanaged. The water from all taps and bathrooms smells of sulfur. Ceiling fans are so coated in dust we wouldn't turn them on. The ceiling fan switch in the guest bathroom didn't work. The clothes washer is very old and leaks water. Just generally, there were insufficient kitchen suppiies for a rental billed as a 4 BR. We had to buy our own dishwasher detergent. The "fully fenced in" backyard is porous. Our rat terrier just pushed aside an unsecured fence panel and wandered the neighborhood. I would never recommend this property until these issues are addressed.
