The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. We had a fantastic stay at Phoenix condos! We were down for my brother’s senior trip, and the guys had loads of fun! The staff and host were very accommodating!
Great location! Host was very helpful and gave great instructions. We had a lovely view from our balcony.
We spent the first 30 minuets cleaning up before we could relax. The first night the two bedroom tvs didnt work, i spent over an hour on the phone trying to get them fixed but nothing was resolved. The next day someone had to come over and replace some lines for the tvs to work that was 2 hours out of my vacation time fixing problems. Later that night the tvs stopped working again. The next day an additional 2 and a half hours waiting on them to fix the tvs. Day one the dryer didnt work i notified vacasa about the issues and they said they would put in a work order it took them 5 days to get someone out there. We had no idea someone was coming over. We found out by walking in to our condo with someone unsupervised inside, dryer still didnt get fixed. They sent someone again the next day with no notification again we walking in to find someone in the condo unsupervised. I spent a lot of my quaility time waiting on the to fix the issues and had to use a laundry mat for our clothing.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS CONDO UNTIL IT IS INSPECTED. It is not safe. Outlets are coming out of wall - at least 7 I counted and were getting hot just from cell phone chargers. Kitchen sink leaked, toilet overflowed & when they came to check on it while we were away, they used all the towels in condo and then left us with all the wet ones in the tub. Left over 8 wet vacs and expected us to stay there while they were running. Would not respond to my emails to see what needed to be done with all the vacs or if the toilet was fixed. Bathroom tubs stoppers did not work - I had to shove a washcloth at drain just so I could take a bath. The railing in tub came out of the wall when trying to get out of tub. The bathroom toilet was not clean. When sitting in tub I could see all the grime in the bowl. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I was staying with a cancer patient and this was supposed to be relaxing. Waiting on Airbnb to make this right. Still no response.
