We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant and all linens and towels are properly washed. - heated underground parking - Only a 5 min drive to the downtown - Located close to the MacEwan University of Edmonton - Beautifully decorated space with stunning furnishings and bright ambiance. - Easy self-check-in via secure door keypad. - Fast and reliable WIFI - very spacious with 9ft ceiling-high What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - our home does not have an A/C so it may get a bit warmer on our Summer days however this is a brand new building and we have an air recuperation system that helps with the air circulation ( we are looking to install A/C -summer 2023) -The surrounding areas is being developed, however it's currently a mix of old and new buildings. - It's a multi-unit condo building so noise can travel through the walls as well as the heating/circulation system. - The underground garage door makes noise opening and closing. - Entering the underground garage is a little tight. * Longer stays: In case you’re staying longer than two weeks a professional cleaning will be scheduled during your stay .
