This place was nothing short of amazing! First off, location. It’s a very walkable distance from Lionel-Groulx metro station and an even better distance from supermarkets like SuperC and IGA as well. There’s a Tim Hortons 2 mins away and the neighbourhood is lined with amazing shops and cafes! Having a direct bus to the airport was great for us too as exchange students who liked to travel whenever we could. Travelling to our uni and downtown was also a breeze. The apartment size was perfect for the three of us too. Everything was spotless when we came and the place overall looked really new and clean so it was a very comfortable stay. The best thing about the place has to be the host! Garry is extremely responsive and helpful. Whenever we needed something or had issues, he would go above and beyond. When our fridge broke down, he bought us a new one the next day. Even when we had minor issues, Garry and his friend would do their best to fix them for us. Highly recommend this place!

Mes deux colocataires et moi même avons passé 4 mois très agréables dans ce logement. Garry, l’hôte a toujours été très réactif et prêt à répondre à nos questions. Le logement est très bien équipé et confortable. Il est situé à 5min à pied de la station de métro, et beaucoup de restaurants et commerces se trouvent à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement!

It was an amazing accommodation. Everything was as described. The house has absolutely everything you need to live comfortably. It is close to downtown, the supermarket, and a bunch of other useful stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had no trouble with neighbors or anything. The communication with Gary was also very good. His responses are quick and thorough. I would really recommend this accommodation to others!

Nous avons passé 4 mois dans le logement, le logement est à 5min de l’arrêt de métro Lionel Groulx (ainsi que bus direct pour aéroport). L’appartement était propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Cuisine bien équipée. Le chauffage fonctionnait à merveille. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison, une tristesse en partant. Merci à Garry d’être toujours réactif rapidement !
