This place is absolutely disgusting found pills in bedroom along with black long curly hair in sheets .. pool was freezing saying heated grill didn’t work after host said it did tile broke in upstairs absolutely dirty as hell .. this was absolutely gross don’t do it nothing was as said

Please be aware that you only get half of the house even though the listing says “entire home”. After feeling tricked by the misleading title stating “entire house”, my family and I decided to still stay and hoped that we wouldn’t have to share the pool and hot tub with other renters staying in the basement. Fortunately, the basement didn’t rent out the weekend that we stayed. Upon arrival, we noticed that a few things weren’t as advertised. Like the basketball hoop and the volleyball net in the pool. We texted the hosts and they came to put the basketball hoop up a day into our stay so that was nice even though I felt bad having to ask them for what we already thought was included. There were issues getting YouTubetv to work and they helped us out with that so we were grateful for that. The house and general space was nice but did feel smaller than the pictures advertised. The kitchen was my favorite spot in the whole house. Paper plates and more plastic cups would have been nice since the home is “family friendly”. I couldn’t let my kids walk around with glass cups and heavy glass plates. The pool was the kid’s favorite. It was clean and HUGE! They have pool toys and life jackets easily accessible so big plus 👍🏻 I am not impressed at all about Evolve’s customer service and how they dealt with the false advertising on the listing stating “entire house” but I did like the home and the hosts did what they could to help us when we asked. I give the host 5 stars and evolve -1 stars.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it may be our last. If we decide to try this again, I learned to never reserve a property that did not have any reviews. I made the reservation prior to any reviews being posted on the Airbnb site. Unfortunately, one of our family members is extremely sensitive to the odor of cigarette smoke. This home had a strong odor throughout of cigarette smoke. The pool was very nice. I would recommend bringing washcloths. I also would recommend bringing house slippers or flip flops as there are many broken ceramic floor tiles. There is a train track within a block of the property with trains running at all hours of the day and night.

Please note that the pool and hot tub are shared between two units at this house. You do not have the entire house to yourself. Also there’s a truly horrifying amount of breakable tchotchkes, so “family friendly” is maybe a stretch.
