As the owner I realize how wonderful this home is and am excited to share this dream home with you. Being a Class A contractor with top ratings and owning my own Design showroom including kitchens and baths. I have been in business for over 25 years (American Decorating Center in Sterling Va) has allowed me to help finish space to enjoy by many. Our company motto is the American dream comes true at American Decorating Center. Being in the remodeling and decorating business has allowed me to keep up with the latest styles and designs to make my home refreshing. In my college days I worked in hotel management which has given me incite as to what I would expect at a hotel. We have stayed at several timeshares and when you stay you can enjoy the house with all the conveniences of a timeshare. As a owner when traveling now I want my own space that I can enjoy with some common area to enjoy if I have family. Having 3 sisters and a brother with lots of children I know how important it is to have space for children from 1-99. As we have a large family and as many as 40 people have stayed over enjoying the home. With a large house it gives us the ability to have many common living spaces for area for children or adult areas that everyone can appreciate. I am a News junkie and history buff but also enjoy fun movies like Forest Gump and Star Wars 1-100 :) so having 10 TVs in our home allows viewing in many spots with many possibilities. I enjoy grilling and when at home we enjoy having a great grilling area. Since Paris France is my favorite cities its only appropriate to have a home that so many can enjoy in the 2nd biggest wine region in the Country. I enjoy making several types of Sangria which have a refreshing taste with some of the local grapes and wines. I have been fortunate to have many careers and my latest career is with psychology and in particular hypnosis. I am a master hypnotist with a local award winning TV series Transform A Nation offering solutions for medical care from Cancer (yes Cancer some of my most amazing work has been with stage 4 cancer patents to Stop smoking thru Hypnosis. Working with 1000's of patents I have been able to witness amazing rapid change for so many people of all ages. My sister Tammy and I enjoy hosting the home so that people can enjoy this wonderful home. Tammy also worked at the Decorating business with me for most of the 25 years and also co-host to insure that we stay up to date. She is also a grandmother of 6 and has great incite for making sure children are entertained and kept safe with parents supervision. Yes the house on Dawson Gap Lane is 10,000 sq. ft but we want you to feel relaxed and enjoy the home. The furnishing are made to enjoy and relax (and not worry over tip toeing around). We grew up in a very modest home in Loudoun County and went to the local high school here (BRHS). Perhaps you realize you deserve to enjoy a wonderful home that offers so much space to enjoy and have memories for a lifetime.
