Cats Apartment is brilliant and from arrival exceeded expectations from any pre concerns I had, those mainly based from other reviews. This accom is stylish and comfortable, a modern Queenslander style haven that is exactly what a BNB should boast in this location, very charming:) I had no issues with neighbours, and appreciated the peaceful surrounding this property offers. I never felt threatened or watched and can understand if they’ve had past issues with noisey guests, hence implementing quiet time ‘rules’, 10pm is way more then reasonable . The booking procedure is through a third party assisted by chat bot possibly, contracts and a bond is involved, but it’s all straight forward enough and not so uncommon now. I Definitely would stay again , felt right at home and adored the location. Welcome gift was a beautiful gesture also. 10/10 thanks Cat !

Lovely kitchen for cooking. Well equipped. Quiet and private backyard. Good for independent dogs who have good recall (no fence) Great location and short walk to transport and convenience and eating spots. The team were extremely helpful and managed our situation very well. Thank you for a lovely stay. Top recommendation for the area.

Stayed at Cats place for a couple days at the PGA Championship. Was such a great find and location. They were happy for me to have my dog along which was much appreciated. Got everything you could possibly need other than an iron (but who needs a crisp shirt). Loved it. Would highly recommend.

Communication regarding this airbnb booking was overwhelming. I wasn't sure if I was talking to the owners or airbnb representatives and the amount of directions was too much. Linen was inadequate (not provided for our 5th guest) and no top sheet on single beds. Queries were answered once we arrived but with consistent reminders not to touch items or 'extra charges apply'. We understood no parking space was available but the free onstreet parking (our only option) was limited to 2 hours, which we were not advised. Multiple identical messages were recieved (seemed to be generic) and I was asked for information already provided (email address and phone number). We felt pressured when asked when our arrival and departure times would be (so cleaners could get in asap). I run my own airbnb and I don't believe it creates a pleasant experience if a host pressures the guest for definite arrival/departure times and I definitely do not ask my guests to give a 4 to 5 star review.
