The house is very nice and spacious and we had all the amenities that we needed right there at the house. The house is close to a busy street but most of the houses in Kansas City are right by the road. My kids absolutely loved the backyard. There was a rope swing hanging from a big tree in the back and the kids played on this swing for hours. The back yard is fenced completely around on 3 sides. The neighbor to the house is a very friendly gentleman and was ready to lend a hand when needed. Overall we had a fantastic visit.

The layout of the house was different, meaning, figuring out who would get what room due to one bathroom was between two bedrooms but once everyone got into their rooms, it worked out perfectly. Nice spacious kitchen. Nice family/dining area where we played games, talked, laughed, shared meals. Host was very nice and friendly. Ran into minor hiccups such as bathroom light went out, then we couldn’t find the remote for tv. Even though we were fully aware that things happen. But it felt good to be able to text host and received a response within minutes. No matter how small the issue was the problem was solved in a reasonable time. My family and I have found our forever spot as long as it’s available for our weekend getaways. 😂 We will definitely rent again. We were not disappointed. Great place and wonderful host.
