A beautiful kitchen with an amazing view. Definitely off the beaten path and up in the tree line. It was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. A few burdocks around the yard edge were the only challenge, otherwise the stay was great! We grilled steaks and ate dinner out on the deck while we watched the deer in the fields on the ridge. Very relaxing and quiet. We’d stay again.

Taylor's place was a great place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Madison! The cabin is in a secluded part of the country with no one in earshot. As a result, it wasn't near any stores (nearest grocery store was ~10 mi away). But it's very close to Wyalusing State Park! The cabin was beautiful, cozy and the perfect size for 6 humans and 2 pets! The heating unit was very loud and a bit of a nuisance, but it was definitely appreciated on the chillier nights. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all we needed in terms of cookware and glassware. Definitely would book again!!

Set truly in the country, this cabin reminded us of a home we had in IL. It was perfect and time away from the day to day was needed. The beds were very comfortable, the natural lighting of the cabin was exceptional plus we were close to amazing hiking at Wyalusing and Pike Peak State Parks. We ate good food at Huckleberries in Prairie and Maggie’s Diner in McGreger. The WiFi worked well and we enjoyed Netflix. The main bedroom is private on the first floor and the other rooms are connected in a loft type setting. The staircase has small steep stairs but they are carpeted and manageable. A wonderful experience and would definite stay there again. 😀
