we had a lovely stay here. Wendy was great at communicating with us. it was a home from home and great we could take the dog! pub was a few minutes walk and sea from was only a 20 mins walk. friendly, cosy weekend. games was a great touch we loved a break from technology and some real family time xx

The chalet is in a good  location and as described. Luckily the bedding was clean, if the kitchen hadn’t needed to be cleaned especially in and around the fridge and cookerArea,floors needed sweeping and mopping (Wendy did respond to messages immediately and said she would have the place deep cleaned after we left ) I had to do some cleaning so we felt comfortable.the internet did not work the whole time we was there .

A really lovely little place, perfect for our family to have a few nights break away from the bustle of life. Heating quickly warmed up the property which was great in the cold March conditions. We didn't use any of the on site facilities, choosing instead to walk the mile into Withernsea town for shops and take away food. A lovely local area that we would enjoy visiting again. Our dog particularly enjoyed sniffing for the rabbits on the site but soon settled to accept their existence. Parking was easy and locating the chalet was simple. Quotes from our children; "Relaxing mini hotel, I liked the bunk beds!" Age 9 "I liked my holiday house" - Age 4

Lovely well presented little chalet which felt quite private as not looking into anyone else. Small and compact warmed up quickly even though visited in March. Nicely presented with essentials like tea coffee washing up liquid kitchen roll t towels etc which were really helpful. Very reasonable priced. Allowed dogs. Wendy was always available. Can’t fault it will visit again
